Backwoods Vapor released a statement on September 10th, 2020 confirming that their PMTA submission was received at the FDA's office on the deadline date of September 9th, joining the ranks of brands like Naked 100, Aqua, Charlies Chalk Dust, and many more.
As we look forward to PMTA progress updates throughout the process, it's nice to know that many of our favorite brands are making an effort to stay for the long haul.
